Our Shipping and Delivery Policies

At GHI Market we try to process your orders as quickly as possible.  Generally, orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a completion notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We offer rates through USPS, FedEx, as well as local delivery options.

In an effort to keep shipping costs to a minimum GHI Market offers local pickup and delivery options for those costumers within a given radius of our warehouse  A GHI Market staff member will be in contact to arrange this service. Please note that some items may not be immediately available to pickup after purchase.

In-store Pickup:
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at The Floor Shoppe at 1010 Love Ave, Tifton, Ga. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Local Delivery: 
A 58 cent round trip mileage fee will be applied to all local deliveries with a minimum fee of $10 per delivery. A GHI Market staff member will be in contact to arrange delivery. Deliveries are made from 9 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We will contact you via the telephone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

International Shipping: 
International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Status:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at store@ghimarket.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges: 
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

As most of the items sold at GHI Market are previously owned we are careful to point out any imperfections that may cause concern for buyers.  Under each item’s description we will list a Full Disclosure of scratches, dings, and other imperfections so you know exactly what will be delivered to your door.  We appreciate that you read the disclosure fully as there are no misunderstandings upon receiving your delivery.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at store@ghimarket.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
